Title: Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Mannford OK 74044 Rate: $20-26/hr
Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to supervise and lead the Autonomous Maintenance Group in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) as well as coordinate TPM activities. This position will be focused on data collection, fact finding, loss elimination, TPM tool training, and TPM promotion.
Position Responsibilities: 1. Promote the TPM program to insure that all responsibilities, activities and requirements are being completed per commitment. 2. Insure that Loss Tree data is accurate and complete and maintained daily. 3. Drive the elimination of losses by using Loss Tree as a source of focus and utilizing TPM principles and tools to eliminate the losses. 4. Maintain the Kaizen database and drive activities. 5. Create new TPM training as needed and implement. 6. Constantly look for efficiency improvements using facts and TPM tools. 7. Drive a culture change moving towards Autonomous teams that use TPM principals to guide their activities. 9. Complete SOPs and procedures for all equipment and processes.
Challenges: 1. Motivate workforce in the TPM philosophy throughout the plant. 2. Create a culture change. 3. Coordinate defining tasks and responsibilities for TPM group. 4. Maintain Loss Tree data integrity.
Requirements:
Skills and Competencies: Supervisory 2+ years of supervisory experience 4 year Bachelor of Science Degree Desired (or equivalent experience) Problem Solving high level of technical troubleshooting ability Communications ability to communicate effectively to all levels 2+ years minimum practical experience in a lean manufacturing environment and supervisory experience. Experience with grinding equipment, packaging, conveying, continuous batching, all in a TPM/Lean Manufacturing environment. Must have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
