ICF Ironworks currently seeks a Senior Microsoft CRM Dynamics Consultant to ensure successful delivery or our MS CRM software solutions. This consultant will work to validate that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs. This Senior Consultant must have the ability to effectively apply development methodologies and tools, experience managing systems development projects, and understand the needs of the industry in which solutions are delivered. This Consultant will work through the project lifecycle from presales to final delivery of each CRM project.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in Microsoft CRM technologies and provide advanced problem solving in order to maximize the effectiveness of the implementation team.
* Work closely with the Principal of CRM Solutions to refine practice methodologies and processes so that the delivery team meets their goals and objectives.
* Develop web-based and client server applications using Microsoft CRM software products, relational database stored procedures, and application programming interfaces provided by Microsoft CRM software.
* Act as Lead in all aspects including business analysis, configuration, customization, development, prototyping, network architecture, and quality assurance.
* Mentor other CRM consultants assigned to the implementation team.
* Assist Recruiting in technical interviews and evaluations of CRM candidates.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time is a requirement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, including the following:
* A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for CRM strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
* The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
* Conducting CRM solution application selections
* Leading meetings and present to key stakeholders and executive leadership
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Experience:
* At least 4 years of experience delivering MS CRM solutions in a consulting role.
* Must have strong integration skills.
* Experience with , C#, and SQL Server.
* Knowledge of Exchange
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
* Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
* Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
