ECM Business Analyst

ICF Ironworks is currently seeking an ECM Business Analyst who will work on CMS implementations with products such as Ektron, Sitecore, Percussion, Oracle, and Autonomy. In addition, resources will support strategy and planning engagements such as governance, content migration, taxonomy assessments, product selections, training, etc.. Projects crosss all verticals in the organization.
Requirements:
Primary Responsibility:
* Business Analyst on ECM engagements
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with content
management concepts and at least one CMS platform
* Prior experience with web technologies and implementations
* Prior experience in business analysis activities including requirements, design, testing, training, and deployment processes and documentation.
* Prior consulting experience is preferred.
