  • 27824BRTitle:Energy Svcs Program CoordJob Description:This position is responsible for advancing the company's efforts to redefine the utility and customer relationship through the promotion of renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart technologies for homes and businesses, and other emerging products and services. To accomplish this goal, this position will be responsible for obtaining a deep understanding of each of the company's programs in these areas, developing a detailed marketing plan for each program, work in a collaborative team environment to promote the programs, and provide key performance indicators on the programs performance.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the products and services assigned, including technical knowledge, financial analysis and customer value proposition.2. Utilize knowledge of the program to work collaboratively with marketing and communications to develop a marketing strategy for each assigned product and service. Marketing strategies should be in accordance with the overall brand and communications strategy of the organization.3. Utilize project/program management best practices to develop a program charter, program plan, and monitoring and controlling processes for each assigned program.4. Create key performance indicators and budgets for each of the programs and provide regular status reports to team members and management.5. Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating matrix personnel and monitoring the successes of each program.6. Conduct regular program team meetings to identify program risks, constraints, and implementation concerns and develop mitigation plans as appropriate to ensure all program goals are met.7. Assist in building relationships with Product Vendors, Product implementers and organizations to facilitate successful program outcomes.8. Coordinate the training of internal and external staff around proper program implementation.9. Provide regulatory support for any information pertaining to the assigned products and services. Regulatory support may include providing written and verbal testimony, responding to regulatory inquiries, and/or providing program updates and performance metrics.10. Engage in industry and/or regulatory working groups to discuss the company programs and services and gain industry knowledge of new technologies, regulatory considerations, customer interest, and program designs.11. Identify opportunities and initiate ideas for improving project work group processes. Adopt best practices from other groups or organizations as needed.12.
