We are currently searching for a Contract Recruiter to assist our Talent Acquisition team with our Sales Recruitment needs! The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (direct and web sourcing, networking, cold calling and Internet searches). This talented individual will also assist with screening , qualifying candidates and assisting them through the recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include: collaborating with Manager and Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
Requirements:
Requirements 4+ years Recruiting experience, previous Sales recruiting helpful.
Proven ability to work in a high volume recruiting environment.
Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work independently as well as be an active, collaborative member of the team.
