Supporting You and Your Career As an RN on the Reward Staffing team, you?re not a fill-in. You?re a Baylor nurse. You will erceive support and coaching with educators and nurse leaders, as well as orientation for nursing and for each unit you work. You?ll set goals and have regular performance evaluations so you can grow in your career and help Baylor succeed. We pay for any required certifications. Plus, you?ll have all the support you need if you decide to move into a full-time job with the unit of your choice.

Requirements:
Qualifications Candidates must have a current Texas RN license and three years of recent and relevant experience. BLS certification is required; ACLS required for monitored units. Candidates are required to work a minimum of four shifts per month. Must float across at least three facilities within the Baylor Health Care System. Holiday requirement is one major holiday and two minor holidays per year.
