Marketing Planner- TV
WCAU -TV is looking for a Marketing Planner to administer strategic sales marketing programs.
Responsibilities: -Develop customized marketing materials for new sales opportunities
-Serve as liaison between account managers and internal teams (including production, on-air, digital, 10! show, legal) to execute sponsorships and implement sold ideas while meeting multiple deadlines
-Interface with NBC10's daily lifestyle entertainment show, The 10! Show, to ensure proper fulfillment and delivery of all sales related content integration into the show
-Assist in fulfilling sponsorships and partnerships including but not limited to off-the-shelf and customized opportunities, sweepstakes, digital and mobile programs, as well as onsite events by collecting sponsor assets and managing timelines, production elements and approval process
-Drive brainstorming sessions with the 10! Show team to customize integrated marketing solutions in response to clients' needs
-Maintain and update sponsorship sales materials and trackers
-Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution of integrated sponsorship programs
-Interface with the ad sales team (TV and digital) on a day to day basis to respond to RFPs
-Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop customized, high-impact, innovative sponsorship opportunities meeting customers' brand objectives while aligning with station's brand
-Coordinate the planning, implementing, and status reporting of all phase of projects
-Create sponsorship recaps/case studies for programs to be presented to clients/agencies and used as sales tools
