Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Lead Microsoft BI projects with clients
* Ability to single-handedly start the project with combined abilities to gather requirements from users, and architect the solution
* Carry out Hands-on development on MS BI, and lead a team of other developers.

Required skills/experience and years of experience:
* 10-15 years of total IT experience
* 8 - 10 Years of BI/Data Experience
* 6 + years of Microsoft BI experience, with following products:

+ SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 2005/2008
+ SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2005/2008
+ SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2005/2008
