Position Responsibilities
1. Meets with managers to discuss position needs; determines requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
2. Attracts job seekers by placing job advertisements and networking; makes use of social networking sites, job boards, and other Web 2.0 technology to source and attract talent.
3. Determines candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
4. Interviews and evaluates applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
5. Downselects top candidates and presents them to the hiring manager.
6. Arranges onsite interviews by coordinating schedules with the hiring team.
7. Improves organization attractiveness by monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphases benefits and perks.
8. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation affecting HR and recruiting; enforces regulations with managers.
9. Accomplishes talent and organization mission by completing projects and tasks as needed.
10. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job seekers; managing the interview and offer process; advising hiring managers.

Qualifications
1. At least 2 years experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
2. Excellent phone skills.
3. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
4. Experience using job boards and Web 2.0 technology to source and attract talent; must have knowledge of Boolean search strings.
5. Knowledge of the OFCCP Internet Applicant Rule and other employment laws related to recruiting.
6. Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet/exceed metrics.
7. Experience recruiting onsite in a manufacturing environment a plus
8. Experience recruiting hourly employees a plus.
9. Experience recruiting in a temporary or staffing agency environment such as Spherion, Manpower, Kelly Services, etc. a plus.
10. Must have excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
