  • SUMMARY:

    The Treasury Analyst - Domestic is responsible for handling a variety of treasury-related matters, including cash management, reporting, managing the company's cash management operations and tracking the company's liquidity position. The incumbent will play a key role in the automation of various cash management functions primarily in support of the US entities, including the implementation and enhancement of Reval and other Treasury systems, including electronic payment processing through Oracle. The incumbent will assist in strategic initiatives, including implementing treasury projects and optimizing operational efficiencies while ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with financial institutions and internal departments.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Managethe company's daily liquidity position and monitor liquidity

    • UseOracle R12, Fides and Treasury Management Systems (Reval) to facilitateTreasury payments.

    • Assistwith the automation of various cash management functions, including the implementationand continuous improvement of the Treasury Management System, with specialfocus on efficient payment processing and strong payment controls

    • Organizeborrowings, letters of credit and facility fees under the company's revolvingcredit facilities in Reval

    • Respondto internal and external audit requirements and inquiries. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance withrespect to applicable Treasury/Accounts Payable-related key controls

    • Reviewand assess processes for improvements; recommend improvements to Treasury teamand assist with implementation of best practices and process improvements.

    • Support maintenance of bankingrelationships with domestic cash management banks.

    • Drivecontinuous improvement in bank relationships and services and reduction inbank fees.

    • Overseethe management of domestic bank accounts

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Between two and four years of progressively responsible experiencein a finance or Treasury organization.

    • Bachelor's degreerequired; concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.

    • Knowledge of principles and best practices of global cashmanagement and treasury functions a plus.

    • Oracle systems experience, in conjunction with a treasurymanagement system such as Reval, preferred

    ENVIRONMENT:

    Approximately 100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Minimal travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
