    If you are looking to make your mark identifying and closing new accounts this is your opportunity. As a member of the EDA Northwest/Southwest sales team, you are responsible for achieving business targets and strategic objectives for the assigned territory. You will be tasked with working with the technical team to build a funnel of future business covering the full Siemens EDA portfolio.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities:

    • Ideal candidate has a willingness to prospect and identify new business and the ability to close that business..They should be skilled in building and expanding existing business within a range of customers, as well as a passion to create new business opportunities; he/she maximizes business relationships through collaboration, capitalizing on the global network to realize corporate objectives

    • Maintains an appropriate focus on competitive, customer and technology landscapes to form a strategic, near term and long-term outlook

    • Excellent business judgment and ability to formulate a vision, direction and strategy to maximize new business

    • Identifying and building strong relationships with key customers, executives and decision makers

    • Understanding of EDA solutions and ability to articulate these solutions

    • Ensure effective collaboration with field technical teams and the customers to drive technology adoption and proliferation

    Job Qualifications

    • A proven understanding of complex EDA technical solutions

    • Ability to prospect for new sales opportunities and move those opportunities form identification to business closure

    • Be a aspirational leader for other early in career colleagues

    • Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that are optimized at the company level (balanced between company and customer), then team, themselves

    • Ability to handle competing priorities with an ability to address and solve problems on a timely manner

    • Possess outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills to all organizational levels, including executive, C-Level leadership

    • Bachelor's degree in EE or CS or equivalent, 5 years of related experience

    The total cash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 40% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
