    Our client, a rapidly growing professional services firm in the retirement industry seeks an administrative assistant/receptionist to replace a long-term employee.

    Duties will include

    Answering phones professionally

    Filing/photocopying and answering emails.

    Working on client files (both manually and electronically) to sure everything is complete and in one place.

    Other projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    2+ years of administrative experience,

    Experience answering multi-line phones

    Data entry

    Filing

    MS Word

    MS Excel
