Accounting Clerk role, ideal for a candidate with data entry experience. Previous experience with Excel and invoices is preferred. This is a position in a healthcare environment, and does require current Covid-19 vaccination. This is a temp-to-hire position based on performance and attendance. Full-time and part-time openings available.

salary: $17 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software

• Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software

• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

• Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately

• Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets

• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings

• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
