Responsibilities include

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

• Month-End Activities: Assist in crucial month-end financial activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Inventory Maintenance: Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained for office supplies and other necessities.

• Accounts Payable Support: Assist with coding and processing Accounts Payable transactions accurately.

• Cash Receipts: Accurately post cash receipts to maintain financial records.
