Administrative Assistant

Description Highly regarded organization in Dresher is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant from May through September. This position is on site, Monday through Friday. The daily work hours are 9:30-5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch. In this role you will answer incoming calls, assist with calendar management, workflow management, printing labels, and printing out tax returns, assembling tax returns and mail distribution. Software skills required for this role include Outlook Calendar and Email, MS Word, and Excel. In Excel you should be able to sort.
