  • Part Time Role ( 20 hours a week )

    Description

    This person will report to the Facilities Manager. They currently have one person working in the mail room and need an Admin that can handle the calls that are coming through the front as they do not have a receptionist right now but they will also be asked to support the mail room.

    Job Duties are

    • Will handle 30+ inbound calls per day (also route calls to the appropriate person or dept) May be less just depends on what is going on at that time.

    -Return voicemails

    -Respond to internal and external emails

    -Send out and receive in mail

    -Handle deliveries made by Fedex

    -Send out notifications to those who are going to be receiving mail, etc.

    They will be working in the mail room mainly but if there are days that they only need this person to answer calls and make sure they are transferred accordingly. These are not customer service calls but can be related to vendors, 3rd party companies supporting MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, etc).

    They are looking for a critical thinker, multitasker, someone who works well with a partner but also independently when needed. Will be fast paced.

    Administrative or mailroom are the best profiles! Must have good phone presence and comfortable with medium to high volume calls.
