Description: This position will have hybrid responsibilities and will help with processing of the disability claims as well as providing support for the mail processing.
Position Title: Administrative Clerk
Location: Bedminster, NJ

Attention to detail and note-taking ability
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication
Prepare incoming and outgoing claim related mail for distribution.
Examine, sort, and scan incoming claimant and physician mail and fax responses.
Load and operate postage machinery.
Keep records of incoming and outgoing claim related mail, associated postage and delivery of mail to USPS.
Examine and process claims forms, documentation and reports, etc.
Ensure compliance with customer and company procedures.
Assist insurance clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies via phone and email.
Enter codes and verify data for computer processing.
Receiving paperwork
Scanning into web-based application
Transcribing values & entering digital data

Check & QC information on documents for accuracy
