  • Job Description

    Shift: M-Thurs (10 hrs) 0500-1530, must be available for OT when necessary

    OT Available- Fri & Sat- 0500-1500

    • 5 years of aircraft electrical experience

    • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings and technical manuals to fabricate and install electrical wiring/harnesses or coaxial cables on aircraft, primarily C-130s and KC-130js

    • Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems for conformance to specifications.

    • Repair, remove, reinstall existing electrical systems or installs and integrate a complete new system for modifications.

    • Cut wiring/harnesses to length once properly installed, strips wire ends, and install the correct pins or terminal lugs.

    Skills and Requirements

    • High School Diploma

    • US Citizen

    • Heavy C-130 electrical modification and wire routing experience preferred

    • Proficient in termination of various connectors, continuity checks, voltage checks, and operational check-out of aircraft electrical systems.

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal clearance - Work experience on C-130s

    • Familiarity with Navair 505, Navair 4790, and NAS3306 requirements null
