Market conditions are changing at an unprecedented rate, and the Americas Markets Sector and Solutions (AMS&S) team is embarking on an aggressive journey to generate industry leaders, outpace our competitors and capture significant market share. In order achieve our ambition, the AMS&S team designs and delivers integrated sector-based solutions that solve our client's most challenging issues.
You will sit within the AMS&S Activation team working closely with Americas Markets Industry Leaders to activate priority solutions with accounts. The AMS&S Activation team operates as the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, packaging and activation engine for priority sector-based solutions.
Your key responsibilities
The Americas Solution Activation Strategist role is primarily responsible for driving growth through successful account activation of Americas portfolio of priority solutions. This role will also manage various strategic initiatives related to (1) GTM and packaging (2) solution activation governance and best practices (2) region and account activation best practices and (3) technology and tools enablement for account activation.
Successfully develop and manage Area solution GTM and activation strategy and approach to drive growth for priority solutions
Work closely with Markets Sector and Solution leadership, Field of Play (FoP) leaders, Service Line leaders and Market Segment Boards to prioritize solutions and ensure solution activation is aligned with Area goals and initiatives
Identify and adopt novel activation methodologies, tools and platforms
Manage stakeholder collaboration among FoPs, Sectors and Service Lines to drive streamlined solution activation plans
Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to determine target accounts, and how to approach target accounts for activation.
Serve as a coach and leverage BD methodology to help teams understand the client needs and prepare for client interactions
Align with peer Solution Activation Leaders to leverage best practices, platforms, processes and resources for solution activation efforts
Develop a communication strategy to highlight solution learning, solution activation tools, best practices, and success stories that will lead to repeated deployment of solutions with like accounts.
Review sales and pipeline velocity of solutions; address gaps and provide resolutions for sales and pipeline growth
Manage strategic initiatives that lead to generating best practices for account activation, solution sales campaigns and technology/tool development.

Ability to navigate successfully across complex, geographically and commercial diverse operations and confidently lead people of diverse cross functional teams
