Description

Robert Half has partnered with a growing healthcare company in Arvada in search of an Assistant Controller! The Assistant Controller position is paying $100,000-$120,000 + up to 20% bonus! The Assistant Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule and great benefits!

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the following

• Be an active and effective business partner to department and sales channel leaders in managing their expenses, forecasts/budgets, and decision-making.

• Be responsible for completing, reviewing, compiling, and analyzing the financial results of the business.

• Ensure the financial statements and the accounting processes are in compliance with US GAAP, including establishing and maintaining internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies.

• Develop and maintain analysis of sales, product costs, price, volume, mix, and profitability.

• Coordinate and support a successful external audit.

• Prepare and organize the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

• Coordinate department and channel budgeting and monthly review processes.

• Oversee the cash conversion cycle processes.

• Support the analysis of and integration/transition to new software that is needed to support the business.

• Oversee sales/use, property, and income tax requirements for the organization.

Requirements for the Assistant Controller include

• CPA

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4+ years of accounting experience
