    Job Description

    As a Flexible Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Business Development Support:

    • Assist in coordinating and organizing business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

    • Prepare and distribute business development materials, such as proposals, reports, and presentations.

    • Maintain a database of potential clients, contacts, and leads.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities.

    • Operations Assistance:

    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.

    • Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.

    • Help maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

    • CEO Scheduling and Support:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    • Prepare agendas, briefs, and materials for meetings and presentations.

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

    • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    • Experience in business development or operations is a plus.
