salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately using accounting software or manual methods.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments promptly.

• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.

• Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deductions.

• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements for management review.

• Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring proper coding.

• Provide assistance during financial audits by preparing documentation and reconciling accounts.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
