CAD Designer

We're searching for a rockstar CAD Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in bringing the future of our products to life. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind translating customer visions into precise 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.

Title: CAD Designer

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

• Become a 3D Modeling Guru: Utilize cutting-edge software (think Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD) to craft immaculate, high-fidelity models that fuel our manufacturing process.

• Bill of Materials Boss: Develop and maintain clear and concise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Machine Routers, ensuring smooth product assembly and fabrication.

• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, sales, production, and more to guarantee projects hit the bullseye.

• Support Superhero: Be the technical hero for internal customers, troubleshooting issues and fostering a collaborative environment through our help ticket system.

• Innovation Instigator: Identify areas for product design improvement and actively participate in birthing the next generation of our products.

• Engineering Expert: Leverage your expertise to contribute to company-wide goals and projects, making a real impact on our success.

• Product Whisperer: Oversee or conduct product qualification and performance testing, ensuring our creations meet the highest standards.

Do you have the chops?

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and a keen eye for detail (think industry-standard drawing conventions and a love for precision).

• Experience with Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and navigating the world of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.

• Collaboration is key! You thrive in a team environment and can communicate like a champ (both verbally and in writing).

• You're self-motivated, a master of detail, and possess a natural mechanical aptitude.
