Hello! A Hawaii based managed service provider is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join the team and sit out of Caliornia. This person ideally has connections already in the California market (where they want to grow the business). Some of the hard requirements include a minimum of 15+ years of IT Sales experinece and 6+ of those years need to be selling AWS. Please see some more details below and apply if interested.
Seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Sales Lead to drive revenue growth strategy and ensure the continued success of sales operations. This executive role is designed for a dynamic leader who can spearhead sales initiatives, particularly in the public sector, and deliver sophisticated IT solutions to clients.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with their objectives and market opportunities, focusing on digital transformation solutions, cloud services, and enterprise solutions.
-Establish strong relationships with public sector domain clients, understanding their needs and positioning their IT solutions as key enablers for their digital transformation efforts.
-Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with technical capabilities and innovation.
-Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
-Ensure a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and government regulations to strategically position their services.

Proven experience with government procurement in IT.
Strong experience in selling enterprise solutions, cloud services, including AWS and cloud
migration services, and other SaaS/PaaS solutions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of establishing and nurturing
partnerships with government entities.
Strategic thinker with outstanding negotiation and contract management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or
related field. Advanced degree preferred.
