Large manufacturer of precision assemblies and components for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications is hiring for junior level CNC Operators who are looking to increase their skill set in milling, lathe, and programming! Trade school graduates are welcomed to - training will be made available! This is a permanent opportunity with plenty of growth of opportunity! Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of CNC Machining/Operator experience - Manufacturing

• Ability to read and inspect parts to drawings

• Ability to read and understand specs and drawings

• Assist in the setup and preparation of CNC machines for production runs, including loading raw materials, installing cutting tools, and entering program parameters

• Monitor machine operations, adjust settings as needed, and ensure smooth production flow.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

• Maintain accurate production records, including job orders, machine logs, and inspection reports.
