Customer Service Representative

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The Customer Service Representative will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information to customers regarding products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
