    YOUR ROLE

    • Lead brand channels.

    • Develop content calendar that aligns with brand goals and campaigns.

    • Lead SoMe agency (BSG).

    • Coordinate with in-house content creation, influencer manager and BSG to create content.

    • Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns (with BSG).

    • Ensure brand consistency in style and tone across all social media channels.

    • Track content performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.

    • Foster a positive and engaged brand community.

    • Steer SSC in operational day-to-day community management.

    • Monitor the brand's online community across all platforms.

    • Develop community-building initiatives, such as contests or Q&A sessions.

    • Identify and address potential negative community management.

    • Liaise with US Media team, Vidsy and UM to implement and manage paid advertising campaigns.

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to refine strategies and optimize ROI.

    • Monitor and update website content.

    • A/B test ad creatives and target audiences to ensure maximum efficiency.

    • Monetize content where possible.

    • Develop and implement search engine marketing strategies.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related emphasis

    • 5 years of professional experience managing digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, or social media businesses with a high degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing.

    • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and tools

    • Strategic thinking, analytical, & problem-solving skills and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Initiative-taking, results oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of passion, with an analytical approach to identifying opportunities.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Experience in Sprinklr, or Dash Hudson is a plus.

    • Experience in content production is a plus.

    • Experience in consumer goods.

    • Beauty experience is a plus.

    The salary for this role is $80,000 - $116,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
