Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to join our team.

• Your primary role will be assembling plastic parts used on climbing walls, specifically the grips. We currently have 2 openings in the pouring department and one in the sanding department.

• In the pouring department, you will be pouring mixtures into molds and picking and pulling the required molds from the warehouse.

• In the finishing department, you will be sanding down the finished molds to smoothen and maximize grip texture.

• The pouring shift runs from 5:30am-2pm, Monday-Friday, and the finishing/sanding shift runs from 6am-2:30pm. The pay rate is $17/hr.

Hard Skills

• Entry level position and willing to train!.

• Ability to pour mixtures into molds

• Ability to pick and pull required molds from warehouse

• Ability to sand down finished molds to smoothen and maximize grip texture

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Colorado.

Work Environment

The work environment is a loud manufacturing setting. Safety glasses are required and will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for the duration of their shift.
