Field Service Technician I (Assistant)

Pay: $23-$25/hr

Location: Hartsdale, NY

Job Description

• Performing preventative maintenance on Client-Specific products offered.

• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic problems on client sites and perform preventative maintenance.

• Responsible for understanding and strictly following all company processes and procedures

• Use of company provided devices to accurately record customer visits.

• Assist reading electrical schematics and system data sheets.

• Ability to Maneuver and operate (with extensive training) of heavy equipment -

• Experience in a mechanical service/repair industry (highly preferred)

Qualifications

• Always presenting a professional appearance and handle customers in a positive, professional manner.

• Need excellent oral and written communications skills as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to resolve problems, and communicate professionally in high pressure, time sensitive, customer environments

• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime on short notice & ability to be on call after normal working hours

• Ability to Maneuver and operate (with extensive training) of heavy equipment -

• Experience in a mechanical service/repair industry (highly preferred)

• Driver's License (must be current and in good standing)

• Knowledgeable and skilled in electrical, hydraulic and natural gas preferred but not required

• Knowledge of tools such as Torque wrench, hammer wrench, etc..
