    Overview

    The successful candidate for this position will be an integral member of the US Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing business planning and analytical support to the fast-paced and high-performance US Pharmaceutical division, enabling them to understand brand performance and business trends more clearly, anticipate future market trends, and assess new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide necessary financial support to the US Pharmaceuticals business, focusing on expense management analytics.

    • Support the month-end/quarter-end close process with strict adherence to corporate reporting deadlines.

    • Assist in month-end process by analyzing actual results versus the budget/forecast and providing comprehensive explanations for variances to all stakeholders.

    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners.

    • Provide the Accounting group with analytical, accounting, and reporting support, including monthly fluctuation explanations of actuals vs. plan/forecast.

    • Support in loading budgets and forecasts into Hyperion.

    • Perform quarterly obsolescence analysis.

    • Support the US Pharmaceutical business with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.

    • Up to 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience.

    • Ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas to build and maintain expense forecast models.

    • Strong communication skills are essential. Candidate must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management throughout the organization.

    • Strong management, analytical, and organization skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required.

    • Proficiency in Hyperion a plus.
