    Responsibilities

    • Provides friendly and prompt reservation and check-in assistance to guests.

    • Trains and supervises front desk team members the adherence to policies, standards and procedures and to effectively handle difficult problems and complaints.

    • Evaluates team member job performance and recommend appropriate rewards or corrective actions.

    • Schedules staffing, deadlines, and duty assignments.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years' experience in front desk with property management systems preferred.

    • Prior supervisory experience preferred.

    • Should be computer literate in MS Office programs.

    • Must be fluent in English language both spoken and written.

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.

    • Must be able to multitask and function in a professional manner while under pressure.

    Physical Requirements

    • Stand and walk for entirely of shift, twist, crouch, bend at the waist repeatedly.

    • Some stair climbing, will push and pull carts.

    • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 25 pounds on occasion.

    • Visual and manual dexterity to operate computer and grasp items.
