Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Columbus, Indiana. The role entails a variety of accounting tasks, from entering invoices to reconciling the general ledger. As a part of our team, you will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient bookkeeping, contributing to our financial success.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage all invoices in the accounting system

• Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly

• Perform filing and data entry tasks for accounts payable

• Reconcile the general ledger on a regular basis

• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for various accounting tasks

• Operate accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites proficiently

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure financial integrity

• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out and paid on time

• Conduct weekly reviews of account payable to maintain financial accuracy. Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Bookkeeping

• Ability to manage Payable Invoices

• Experience in managing Weekly Account Payable
