They are willing to teach the fund accounting part of the job, must have the tax skillset to be considered.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Financial reporting for the funds investments

• Review third party fund administrators work

• Capital Calls, Distributions, NAV's, and regulatory filings

• Assist with pitch books, audits, tax returns & K-1's

• Special various projects the firm is working on

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• CPA preferred but not mandatory

• 2+ years tax experience within Financial Services
