We welcome you to assist our team of phenomenal veterinarians with the goal of providing excellent client care. As a Care Concierge (CC) you will support the doctor in making every client visit a warm and seamless experience. The CC role will help get your veterinary career catapulted as you learn to partner with the doctors in creating plans to help pets feel their best. We can't wait to see you succeed!

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Assisted veterinarians by transcribing electronic medical records in real time during patient exams.

• Provide owners with follow up calls to check on patients and communicate test results

• Properly communicate to the veterinary technician team the doctor's treatment plans.

• Present and explain treatment plans, estimates and discharge instructions.
