We have a position for aHuman Resources / Recruiterwith large government contractor. This position is a long term contract and 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office.

• Responsibilities include functional areas such as departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and employment.

• Need to have staffing and recruiting experience

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Five years of staffing and recruitng experience is needed..

• Experience with HR, onboarding, benefits, orientation, etc.

• Excellent time management and communication skills

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $37.00
