    Account Manager opportunity managing a book of business of 100 plus International accounts. Aetna International is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join the East Region account management team. The Account Manager will be assigned to a specific book of business of approximately 100 clients and will be responsible for retaining & growing revenue. As the Account Manager, the candidate will: - Develop and maintain favorable relationships with Aetna International's customers and brokers through superior customer service - Retain and grow the client relationship and effectively position our products - Manage high volumes of renewals and email using tracking tools and quote tools - Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation - Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally - Review and deliver renewal activity - Work to develop and maintain understanding of the international business environment - Collaborate with internal partners and provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services - Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Aetna systems and policies.

    Education

    Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
