IT Support Technician II

Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Support Technician II that will be responsible for managing Active Directory, O365 Administration, troubleshooting end user issues for clients in the OC area, along with some asset management.

Position: IT Support Technician II

Worksite Address: Newport Beach, CA

Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 8-5pm PST

Duration: 6+ Month Contract-to Fulltime

Travel: Seldom Travel in Orange County (as needed) - mileage Reimbursement

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Basic Windows Administration

• Active Directory Administration (Azure AD)

• Basic Network troubleshooting

• Basic firewall troubleshooting (site to site VPNs, GUI based

• Good Communication

• Hardware and Software troubleshooting

• Wi-Fi Configuration

Job Scope/Responsibilities:

• Handling various requests either through the ticket system

• Handling map drives

• Logging someone off a stuck Citrix meeting

• M365 assisting with provisioning of users.

• Workstation set-ups

• 2FA set-up

• Inventory

• Identity and access review

• Workstation deployment

• Basic application troubleshooting

• Limited travel through SoCal. OC to San Diego

• Travel is as needed - no regular schedule

• Supporting around 15 clients
