    Job Description

    1. Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

    2. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

    3. Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently

    4. Monitor delivery routes' progress

    5. Verify haul-away pods and stamps

    6. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

    8. High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    9. 1-year related experience in a call center environment preferred

    10. Strong customer service and multitasking skills

    11. Ability to excel under pressure and exceed customer expectations
