    Job Description/Responsibilities:

    • Prepare incoming and outgoing claim related mail for distribution.

    • Examine, sort, and scan incoming claimant and physician mail and fax responses.

    • Load and operate postage machinery.

    • Keep records of incoming and outgoing claim related mail, associated postage and delivery of mail to USPS.

    • Making mail run/mail delivery to post office (1 mile down the road). The clients have PO boxes set at the post office.

    • Examine and process claims forms, documentation and reports, etc.

    • Ensure compliance with customer and company procedures.

    • Receiving paperwork and scanning into web-based application

    • Transcribing values & entering digital data

    • Mail outgoing letter

    What is Required

    • Data entry/clerical skills

    • Professionalism

    • Ability to work with multiple systems at a time
