responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Implement new hardware, including firewalls, switches, wireless devices, and backup appliances.

• Lead migration projects, such as data and server migrations.

• Develop statements of work for projects, detailing required licensing and products.

• Document all technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

• Provide technical support for escalated issues.
