Leading manufacturer of a variety of equipment accessories based near New Brunswick is in search of a Production/Manufacturing engineer to lead improvement& layout projects as well as ensure all products meet engineering standards. This is a hands-on floor-level role looking for someone with an eye for efficiency & an ability to troubleshoot.

location: New Brunswick, New Jersey

salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities

• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that the manufacturer's procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational.

• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports

• Troubleshoots manufacturing issues to support production, increase efficiency, and reduce downtime.

• Implements projects aimed at reducing costs and scrap, while improving production consistency.
