    Full time - 40 hours per week

    Location - LIFE New Jersey

    Position Purpose:

    • Provide general medical direction and supervision, ensuring excellent participant care.

    • Oversee clinical outcomes and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.

    • Develop and maintain medical policies, standards, and protocols.

    • Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues and local community providers.

    What You Will Do:

    • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for participants.

    • Evaluate applicants and participate in intake decisions.

    • Facilitate discussions on medical conditions and future care planning.

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.

    • Educate participants and families on health maintenance.

    • Supervise healthcare programs and treatment plans.

    • Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests.

    • Participate in provider on-call rotation.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Active physician license in Alabama.

    • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; Geriatrics preferred.

    • Experience in geriatrics and supervisory roles.

    • CDS Certification and DEA Registration.

    • Minimum one year working with elderly population.

    • Proficiency in physical assessment and chronic disease management.

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
