Mortgage Loan Assistant

TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level candidates to work as a Order Outs Specialist for a Fortune 100 Finanical Institution!

Job Description

• Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow-ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.

• Includes written and verbal communication with vendors and other employees.

• A high level of attention to detail is necessary to complete the orders to completion.

• This is a foundational position providing opportunity to learn mortgage practices and creates the ability to move through admin and into other Home Lending areas as business allows.

Qualifications

• Data entry skills (must complete alpha numeric data entry)

• Basic office, administrative skills

• Good team player

• Willing and eager to learn

• Must be able to organize your own time and remain on track with time management.

• Communication is an expected part for these positions to be able to give and accept feedback, report concerns as they find them and other information that impacts their day to day.

Shift

• Training: Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm
