Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac Surgery

Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner on the Cardiac Surgery Service.

Three 12 hour shifts per week, rotating days/ nights, working on the telemetry / stepdown unit predominantly and caring for pre and post op cardiac surgery patients.

Salary range: $84.82- $121.13/hourly

NP1: less than 6 months NP exp $76.51/hourlyQualifications

• MSN or DNP with Adult/Gero Acute Care NP specialty- required

• CA RN and NP certification, State of CA NP Furnishing with Schedule II- required

• National NP Board certification in Adult-Gero Acute Care/Adult Acute Care NP specialty - required

• NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required

• Surgical or Cardiac ICU experience as an RN or NP - required.

• BLS and ACLS from AHA or ARC- required

• NPI (less than 6 months experience as a NP) If NPI, must have min of 3-5 years Surgical and/or Cardiac ICU experience in RN role

• NP1: less than 6 months NP exp (76.51/hourly)

• NP2: 6+ months NP experience
