    Community Health Network, in collaboration with Community Hospital Oncology Physicians, LLC, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (5 years experience minimum) to collaborate with medical/hematology oncologists.

    Desired requirements

    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a clinical setting (beyond training)

    • Board certification and IN medical state license required

    • Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere

    • Consistent and consecutive employment and training history

    • Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

    • Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
