Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator! The primary purpose is to provide high service through a support role to the Sales and Operations Planning Organization.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: starting at $25 per hour or higher depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Performs data collection from various sources and prepares spreadsheets for data analysis.
Maintains the quality of key data sets, resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in research/data.
Executes the analyses, reports, makes comparisons to industry/company benchmarks, determines trends, and prepares cost analyses.
Supports daily management of KPI, inventory, and labor management reports
Work WMS Variance and Cycle Count Reconciliation
Assists in the management of customer and sales order and delivery inquiries
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills, good math skills, and the ability to work independently on given tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented and accurate
Positive attitude
Teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in improving efficiency and processes within an organization.
Technical Knowledge of Data Analysis and Modeling Techniques
