    Responsibilities

    As a Patient Sitter Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting nurses and ensuring the safety of patients within designated hospital clinical units. This entry-level position provides 24-hour coverage, requiring continuous observation to identify and report any issues or changes in the patient's condition. Under the direct supervision of nurses, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

    Qualifications

    • Required

    • High school diploma or equivalentrequired.

    • Competent in technical proceduresincluding but not limited to obtainingrecording and reporting vital signs withaccuracy.

    • CT CPRBLS

    • Ability to read write and speak Englishwith clarity and comprehension.

    Preferred

    • Experience in healthcare desired

    Pay Range

    $14.50 - $19.94 /hour
