Physician Assistant - Tower Hematology Oncology (THO)

Cedars-Sinai Cancer Beverly Hills office provides the highest quality of medical care to our patients; offering the most appropriate and current diagnostic and therapeutic modalities in an honest, supportive, respectful and compassionate manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients including Medical Management of acute oncological illness or problems.

• Manage chemo side effects, assessment and evaluation of patients undergoing treatment, labs and medications.

• Emergent evaluation of patients in absence of physician.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited PA program required

• Bachelor's degree required

License/Certification:

• Current California PA License required

• Current DEA license required or eligible to obtain

• BLS from the American Heart Association

• NCCPA Board Certification

Experience:

• Two (2) years experience as practicing Physician Assistant preferred

• Experience in an inpatient or outpatient infusion setting preferred

• Skilled in traditional disciplines of patient assessment and management.
