PLM Solutions Architect

Job Description

A leading company in the commercial space industry is looking for a Principal Engineering Product Manager to join their growing digital engineering team. This company builds and delivers the future of space transportation, destinations and infrastructure, offering"space-as-a-service"in support of the new space economy.

This person will be responsible for designing and engineering the PLM system to ensure data integrity as it flows from one system to another. They will be intaking requirements from various internal departments to understand the scope of work and find opportunities for enhancing and improving these systems. This person will need to come from a technical background, but day to day will operate at more of the design/architecture level to optimize digital capabilities across the PLM, SAP, ERP, and MES systems. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, enhancing/modifying existing PLM systems, as well as designing new systems for new programs with your team. It is important for this individual to be a strong communicator, effective in a fast paced environment, and passionate about delivering quality work for this team.

This is a direct hire position, on-site in Broomfield, CO. The salary for the role is $170,000-185,000, based on years of experience in a similar role. If needed, a relocation plan is offered. Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience with systems architecture, business systems analysis (engineering applications), or engineering system management

Senior level experience with development and design of PLM (Team Center preferred, Windchill acceptable), SAP, MES, and ERP systems

Experience with engineering system lifecycle: concept, requirements, design, production and output

Moderate experience with SQL - experience writing and understanding the basics of table querying for use in documenting data requirements

Ability to obtain a security clearance 2+ years of experience with NX (other CAD tool acceptable)

Experience with Op Center, Azure, and Jira

MBSE

Experience with AI, VR, simulation analysis

Experience working in the space industry null
