A Day in the Life:
You will contribute to the development of strategy and delivery of training and educational programs, under limited supervision, to new and tenured sales representatives and clinical specialists to drive product and procedure expertise across the CAS portfolio of cardiac ablation products.
You will provide guidance, coaching, and training to other team members.
You will work with the sales representatives and clinical specialists in the field to ensure successful procedural support to physicians who are using our products.
You will partner with the Marketing and Sales organization to identify training and education needs of the sales representatives and clinical specialists.
You will develop innovative and effective training curriculum to ensure the CAS field team meets their learning objectives.
In engaging with our field team, you will bring innovative ideas to the greater Marketing organization that impact the advancement of our life-changing technologies.
40 50% travel
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
You will need a Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in a role involving training within the healthcare or medical device industry (5 years with Advanced Degree)
Experience in the field of electrophysiology
Nice to Have:
Advanced Degree in Adult Education
Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with external customers
Passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training.
